Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Please do not hold on to your appointment if you are considering canceling.
When you cancel with less than 48 hours notice it is very difficult for us to fill that new void in our schedule. Please be respectful.
If we can fill your spot you will be able to avoid the cancelation fee, so the sooner you reach out, the better!
Cancelations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost (up to $150). We will charge the card we have on file for you. If your card declines or is expired you will be sent an invoice that needs to be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
Failure to pay the cancelation fee will result in being banned from booking with us in the future.
NO CALL NO-SHOW
Not showing up for your appointment without any form of communication with us beforehand will result in being charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
We will charge the card on file. If your card declines or is expired we will send you an invoice that needs to be paid within 24 hours.
Failure to pay the no-show fee will result in being banned from booking with us in the future.
If you no-call no-show and pay the fee we will require a non-refundable deposit for all future appointments.
BOOKING
You are required to have a valid card on file to book with us.
Appointments will not be booked without a card on file. If you refuse to have your card on file we kindly ask that you seek services elsewhere.
We appreciate those who respect and honor our policies and our livelihood.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
Appointment notifications are sent out as you book appointments. Please confirm these immediately upon receiving.
If you do not confirm within 1 week of booking your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your service without notification directly from us. You will receive a text from our booking system notifying you of the cancelation.
LATE POLICY
We respect our clients and their time. We ask that our clients, in return, respect not only our time, but the time of other clients that are booked after them.
If you are running 5-15 minutes late to your facial appointment we can keep the scheduled appointment, but will need to leave out parts of the service to make up time. You will be charged the same cost of the service you originally booked.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your skin appointment your appointment will be canceled and we ask that you pay the cancelation fee before booking any future appointments with us.
EXCESSIVE CANCELING
Booking appointments with no intentions of ever showing up to them ultimately hurts our business. By booking and canceling excessively you are holding multiple appointment times other clients would happily take and show up to.
Clients who book and cancel three times in a row will be blocked from booking.
Clients who book and cancel 3 times within a calendar year will be on watch and may be suggested to book elsewhere or give up their spot as a current client and book openings from our cancelation list instead.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so by contacting Ofelia via text or email. All other forms of communication are invalid and you will be charged the cancelation fee if we do not receive your message due to incorrect contacting methods.
MODIFYING APPOINTMENTS
We ask that modifications to your appointment be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you would like to downgrade your service with 48 hours or less of notice we ask that you pay the cancelation fee of whatever service you are asking to take off.
Example: If you are booked for a skin treatment and a brow shape, but ask to take off the brow shape and only do the skin treatment, we ask that you pay for the skin treatment and 50% of the brow shape cost.
REMINDER TEXTS
Appointment reminder texts and emails are a courtesy, not a requirement for you to show up to your appointment. When you make an appointment with us please add it to your calendar.
It is your responsibility to remember the appointment you made. If you do not receive a reminder text and miss your appointment we ask that you pay the cancelation/no-show fee as applies to the situation of the scheduled service cost.
All fees must be paid before you may book any appointments in the future.
SICKNESS
Out of respect for our clients health we always reschedule when we are showing symptoms of sickness and ask that our clients do the same for us.
Please remember that if you show up to your appointment sick and unintentionally get us sick, we will likely have to cancel days/weeks worth of clients. We do not have the luxury of sick pay so it affects our livelihood immensely.
If you are showing signs of sickness (COVID-19 or not) or are still getting over an illness please cancel your appointment with respect to the cancelation policy.
If you show up to your appointment showing symptoms of sickness you will be asked to leave and you will be responsible for the cancelation/no-show fee as applies to the situation of the service cost.
If you do show up to your appointment sick and we get sick you will be banned from booking with us.
COVID-19
Being 4+ years into the pandemic, we can no longer afford to make exceptions for COVID-19 related cancelations.
If you have a COVID-19 related cancelation with less than 24 hours notice we ask that you pay the cancelation fee.
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT + PAPERWORK
Consultation and/or consent forms must be filled out for New Clients at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Forms will be sent to you when we book your appointment.
There is information on your forms to pay attention to prior to you appointment to ensure you are prepared.
If we arrive on your appointment day and you/your skin are not properly prepared, you will be charged for a late cancelation.
ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DAY
Please do not enter our facility without a text from us signaling we are ready. Our waiting area is not open. If you arrive early, there is a Starbucks up the street ;)
Please wait in your vehicle until we text you to come in.
We are a private one-on-one environment, therefore we do not require face masks at this time. If you would like to wear one you are more than welcome to. We will be wearing a mask during your appointment.
GUESTS
We ask that you do not bring guests with you to your appointment unless you are under 18 or it has been previously agreed upon. If guests are brought with we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the appropriate cancelation fee.
CHILDREN
For the safety of all involved we ask that no children be brought with you to your appointments.
We do not treat children under the age of 18 without consent from a parent/legal guardian.
We do not treat anyone under the age of 16.
If children are brought with you to your appointment we will need to reschedule and the appropriate cancelation fee will apply.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds for any of our services or products. No exceptions.
